How Do I Make My Profile Visible?

Complete the setup needed for your offering, make the offering active and check it from the customer view.

  1. Open Profile > Offerings and review the service or product you want customers to find.
  2. Complete missing details and activate the offering if it is paused.
  3. Finish identity verification. For paid offerings, check your Stripe setup too.
  4. Check your availability and location details.

A preview shows profile content; it does not prove search eligibility. Requirements differ for estimate-only, classified and community listings. If the offering remains missing, email hello@bibidi.ca with the profile link and affected offering.
