Keep your profile accurate and describe any qualifications honestly. In the app, open Profile > Trust & Verification to check your identity status. If it needs another step, follow the action shown there.
If your status appears incorrect, use Refresh status. If the problem continues, email hello@bibidi.ca with the status and error message, without sending a full identity document.
