If a message fails on the website

  1. 1. Check your connection.
  2. 2. Choose Send again while the draft remains.
  3. 3. Check that it was sent before relying on it.

If a message fails in the app

  1. 1. Check your connection.
  2. 2. Use Retry on the failed message before leaving the conversation.
  3. 3. Check that it was sent before relying on it.

Do not assume a failed message will send automatically later. Archive hides a conversation from your list and does not cancel work or delete the customer's copy. The app has no manual restore control in Messages, although a new message can bring it back.

Email hello@bibidi.ca if sending keeps failing, you cannot reopen a needed conversation or a block prevents contact about active work. Never request passwords, full card details or unnecessary identity documents.
