Written Answer

  1. 1. Open Messages, or choose Message from the relevant Booking Details.
  2. 2. Keep schedule, access information and agreed changes in that conversation.
  3. 3. Use the booking or estimate controls for changes that require approval.

A message alone does not change the booking.

If sending fails on the website

  1. 1. Check your connection.
  2. 2. Choose Send again while your text or attachment remains in the composer.
  3. 3. Check that the message was sent before relying on it.

If sending fails in the app

  1. 1. Check your connection.
  2. 2. Use Retry on the failed message before leaving the conversation.
  3. 3. Check that the message was sent before relying on it.

Do not assume an unsuccessful message will send later by itself.

Archive a conversation in the app

  1. 1. Use the archive control or swipe action in Messages.
  2. 2. Read the confirmation before choosing Archive.

Archive hides a conversation from your Messages list. There is no manual restore control in Messages; a new message can bring it back. Archiving does not cancel work or remove the other person's copy.

Email hello@bibidi.ca if sending keeps failing, you cannot reopen a needed conversation or a block prevents contact about active work.
