How Do I Manage My Notifications?

In the app

1. 1. Open Settings, then Notifications.
2. 2. Change the available booking request, message, booking update, payment, payout and email options.
3. 3. Check that your changes saved.
4. 4. In your phone's settings, allow bibidi notifications if you want app push alerts.

On the enabled provider website

2. 2. Change the available provider alert and email options.
3. 3. Check that your changes saved.

Changes save to your account, and some preferences are shared with your customer view. Email preferences are separate from push preferences. There is no text-message preference in these settings.

If preferences fail to load, use Retry. If a change fails, try again and check that it saved. Check spam for missing emails and the Notifications inbox for updates. Open the booking, order or payment record itself when timing matters. Email hello@bibidi.ca if updates remain missing; a selected preference does not guarantee delivery.
