With Book or Book Now, you pay at checkout and the provider then accepts or declines the request.
With an estimate, you describe the work for free.
The provider sends a quote, and you choose whether to accept it.
After accepting a quote, pay within 24 hours or before the scheduled start, whichever comes first.
