A direct booking request still needs the provider's acceptance after you pay.
- 1. Choose Book on the website or Book Now in the app when shown.
- 2. Choose the date and time and add the requested location and job details.
- 3. Review the service, total and cancellation policy, then complete payment.
- 4. Open Bookings to check the provider's response.
If the offering asks for an estimate, send an estimate request first. If payment was interrupted, check the booking and payment record before trying again. If your bank shows a charge that bibidi does not show, contact support before paying again.
