Review a completed service booking
- 1. Open the completed booking and choose its review option.
- 2. Rate the provider and add a comment if you want.
- 3. Check that your feedback describes what actually happened, then submit it.
The provider can also review you. Some provider reviews come from a supported service or event review flow, so a review does not always prove that a paid booking happened through bibidi. Follow the review option shown for your experience.
If you see Already reviewed, that experience already has your review. If a completed booking has no review option or submission keeps failing, email hello@bibidi.ca with the booking or review details. A review is separate from reporting a service or payment problem.
