They do not need to wait for you to submit your own review. You can check the rating and reviews shown on your customer profile.
If you believe a review contains inappropriate content or private information, email hello@bibidi.ca with the review text, the person's name and booking details. Reporting a concern does not guarantee removal. For a problem with the service or payment, explain that transaction issue separately.
