Why Is My Payout Delayed?

Check whether the service booking is completed, whether Stripe needs information, and whether a payout failure is shown in Notifications.

  1. Open the booking and confirm that the work has been marked finished.
  2. Open Payout Settings and complete any Stripe action required.
  3. If you see Payout failed, use Review to open the relevant details.
  4. After correcting the issue, contact support if the payout remains unresolved.
