Written Answer

For a temporary break, use the pause or availability controls provided for your offerings and manage existing bookings separately. Deleting the app does not close your account.

Prepare to close the account

  1. 1. Review active bookings, orders, payments and subscriptions.
  2. 2. Keep the records you need.
  3. 3. Resolve active work and payment issues before proceeding.

Close the account in the app

  1. 1. Open Settings, then Delete Account.
  2. 2. Read the impact and enter your reason and current password.
  3. 3. Confirm when ready.

Close the account on the website, where available

  1. 1. Open Settings, then Password & Security, then Close Account.
  2. 2. Read the impact and enter your reason and current password.
  3. 3. Confirm when ready.

If a blocker appears, resolve it or email hello@bibidi.ca. Closure affects your customer account as well as your provider profile. Signing in does not reopen it.

If you change your mind, email hello@bibidi.ca promptly and ask whether recovery is possible within the 60-day recovery window. Recovery is conditional; a restored provider profile does not become visible or verified automatically. Some transaction and safety records remain retained.
