Quick Answer

  1. Open your provider Profile and choose Edit Profile.
  2. Check your name, business name, profile photo and contact phone number.
  3. Use About You to explain the work you offer and your relevant experience.
  4. Add portfolio photos and review your business location and travel range.

  5. 5. Save your changes, then open Profile Preview.
  6. 6. Open Offerings to check the details, price and status of each service or product.

The current Edit Profile form does not offer separate website, social-link or licence fields. Do not put identity documents or banking details in your public profile.

If saving fails, keep the error details and use Profile > Settings > Contact Support or email hello@bibidi.ca.
