How Do I Add Or Edit A Service?

To add a service in the app:

1. 1. Open Profile > Offerings > Add New Offering.
2. 2. Choose Service or listing and select the service.
3. 3. Complete the pricing, description, duration and service-location details requested.
4. 4. Choose the cancellation policy where that field is shown.
5. 5. Save the offering and check its status.

On the website, start from My Offerings when provider tools are available.

To edit a service in the app:

1. 1. Open Profile > Offerings and select the service.
2. 2. Make your changes and save.
3. 3. Reopen the offering to check the saved details.

If the service or category is missing, use the suggestion option. A submitted suggestion needs review before it becomes an approved service. Changes to an offering do not replace details already agreed in an existing booking.

If saving fails, review the error and contact hello@bibidi.ca with the offering name if needed.
