If the charge or payment status looks wrong, email hello@bibidi.ca with the transaction reference, amount and time. Do not send full card details or a password, and do not keep paying again while an earlier charge is unclear.

Payment through bibidi is not insurance or a guarantee of the work. Any refund depends on the applicable terms and the transaction's circumstances. Classified arrangements may use a different payment path; check the listing before proceeding.
