Written Answer

On the website

  1. 1. Choose Forgot password? and enter the email address on your account.
  2. 2. Check your inbox and spam folder.
  3. 3. Open the newest reset email and set a new password.
  4. 4. Return to bibidi and sign in.

In the app

  1. 1. Choose Forgot Password? and enter the email address on your account.
  2. 2. Check your inbox and spam folder.
  3. 3. Open the newest reset email and set a new password.
  4. 4. Return to bibidi and sign in.

The reset link lasts one hour and works once. Request another if it has expired. A success message does not confirm that the email reached your inbox. If you normally use Google and need a bibidi password, use the same email-based reset path.

Manage account details in the app

  1. 1. After signing in, open Settings, then Edit Account.
  2. 2. Update the available details.
  3. 3. Choose Save and check that the changes saved.

On the website, use Settings for the available profile, password and notification controls. Login-email changes are not currently available in the reviewed app or website profile editor.

Email hello@bibidi.ca if a reset email does not arrive, your account email needs attention or a change will not save. Closing an account is separate from changing a password and affects both views. Signing in does not reopen a closed account.
