How Do I Find Local Help?

Search in the app

1. 1. Enter a plain-language search or choose a category.
2. 2. Use an available sort such as Nearby, Top rated, Price or Newest.
3. 3. If Nearby asks for a location, add or update your saved location.
4. 4. Open results and compare the offering details before choosing.

Search on the website

1. 1. Enter a search or choose a category.
2. 2. Use an available sort, including Most viewed where shown. For Nearby, allow browser location access when prompted or choose another sort.
3. 3. Open provider Filters where shown, choose the available controls and select Apply filters.
4. 4. Open results and compare the offering details. Use Reset if you have narrowed results too far.

Unavailable controls cannot refine your search. Nearby in the app needs a saved location with usable coordinates.

Change category preferences in the app

1. 1. Open Settings, then Category preference.
2. 2. Select or clear categories and choose Save Changes.

Change category preferences on the website

1. 1. Open Settings, then Category preference.
2. 2. Select or clear categories and choose Save Preferences.

If saving fails, retry and check your selections before leaving.

Clear recent searches on the website

1. 1. Open recent searches from the search field.
2. 2. Choose Clear All.

If the history remains, refresh and try again. App history controls can differ. If no suitable result appears, try a simpler term or related category. Email hello@bibidi.ca if searches, location setup or preference changes keep failing.
