An approved decrease is refunded when the provider attempts Finish Job. The booking may stay confirmed while that refund is processing. Check the payment record and contact support if it remains unresolved. An unanswered proposal expires after seven days. Disputing a price change is separate from reporting unfinished work.

For help, email hello@bibidi.ca with the booking or order details when relevant.

Disputing a price change does not pause completion or payment to the provider. Contact support separately if the work is unfinished.
